Before shipping us any return items, please fill out the RMA form below and wait for our reply. Thank you.


How do I get a return label?

Our RMA system is automated and will auto generate a return label and email it to your email address on file. The cost is $10 and must be sent to our PayPal account: billing@burnproofgear.com

All orders shipped through USPS Priority Mail come with $100 of included insurance. For large orders, additional insurance can be requested and billed as an additional charge.


How can I return my Dealer order?

All Dealer Order Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee per our dealer agreement and shipping is paid by the dealer.


Return Policy

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless it is a manufacture defect or covered by our limited lifetime warranty, see FAQ page for details).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For third party products purchased through us, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer -email us and we will assist you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@burnproofgear.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately On Sale items are all considered final sale. If there’s any particular issue with the item itself, you can request a Warranty RMA via the RMA form below.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from factory. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@burnproofgear.com and send your item to our returns shipping address below.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


What is the Burn Proof Gear Safety Disclaimer?

Use of BURN PROOF GEAR safety products is at the users discretion. We will not be held responsible for any harm, injury, or death incurred while using our products.

Please Note: ‘Safety gear is a preventative measure, it will not make you impervious to fire.’

What is my Warranty for Burn Proof Gear products?

BPG Limited Lifetime Warranty

Burn Proof Gear warrants to the original consumer purchaser for as long as they own their product, that Burn Proof Gear fire retardant Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is only applicable to Products used in standard applications within the United States and Canada and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Should defects in material or workmanship exist during the applicable warranty period in any Burn Proof Gear Product, Burn Proof Gear will elect at its discretion to either repair or replace the defective material. This warranty covers only parts and materials of the Products supplied by Burn Proof Gear. Not covered under this warranty are shipping, insurance, damage to property or gear, accessories, etc. or the costs, including labor, to remove and reinstall accessories and related components such as suppressors, etc.

This warranty shall become void if the products are in any way modified, improperly installed or damaged prior to or during the installation and/or use. Furthermore, this warranty will not apply to suppressor covers or other Burn Proof Gear Products damaged by misuse, neglect, abuse, acts of God, exposure to moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures, normal incidental deterioration such as nicks, scratches, abrasions and natural aging whether resulting from the effects of normal wear and tear or abnormal use.

Fabrics may vary in color, characteristics and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example, DuPont Kevlar will eventually have visible discoloring due to the nature of the synthetic material after prolonged exposure to heat, it may darken or lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may also affect the color match over time. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this warranty.

Burn Proof Gear reserves the right to alter design, specifications and material without obligation to make similar changes to Products previously manufactured. The repair(s) or replacement(s) are contingent upon the current Product offerings of styles and construction options within the Burn Proof Gear Products at the time of the warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed after a Burn Proof Gear Product becomes obsolete, Burn Proof Gear reserves the right to honor the warranty in one of the following fashions: 1. To replace the affected component with a new component of the same style. 2. To replace the affected component and any other component(s) in the residential application to achieve a uniform appearance with a similar and comparable Product style of the originally purchased style. If components are replaced, Burn Proof Gear cannot guarantee that the finish of these replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the originally purchased product. This is due to the changes that occur during the manufacturing process of fabrics and sourcing availability. This warranty sets forth your sole and exclusive remedy as a warranty holder for any non-conformity in a Burn Proof Gear Product. In no case will Burn Proof Gear be liable to you or to any other person for any consequential, special, or indirect losses or damages of any kind.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND BURN PROOF GEAR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION PROVIDED BY LAW.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state and province to province. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If this Limited Warranty is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose, in no event will Burn Proof Gear’s entire liability exceed the lesser of the Product’s or the non-conforming component’s purchase price. Claims must be initiated during the Warranty Period. To initiate a new item return claim, please contact the original seller, distributor, or authorized dealer. To initiate a warranty return claim, please email support@burnproofgear.com. Claimant will be required to provide proof of purchase and the date of Product purchase, and may be required to return the Product(s) to Burn Proof Gear.
