At BURN PROOF GEAR we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit for the product at our discretion.

Fees

  • Returns for Refund: All returns for a refund are subject to a 10% to 25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item and the nature of the return.

  • Exchanges: All exchanges are subject to a 10% to 25% restocking and processing fee. This fee covers the inspection of the returned item and the administrative costs of processing the replacement.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at contact@burnproofgear.com. with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide photos or videos, if possible, to help us assess the problem.

  3. Our team will review your claim and provide the next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection.

Warranty Resolution

  • Approved claims will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
