Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Certain items (e.g., personalized, perishable, final sale) are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll send you return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
