Processing Time

- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

- Express Shipping (In Stock Product): Subject to shipping method selected.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Certain items (e.g., personalized/custom, perishable, final sale) are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@burnproofgear.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you prefer a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order, unless your order included custom items, such as a Suppressor Cover Custom, in which case exchanges are not permitted except under warranty.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Returns for Refund: All returns for a refund are subject to a 10% to 25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item and the nature of the return.

Exchanges: All exchanges are subject to a 10% to 25% restocking and processing fee. This fee covers the inspection of the returned item and the administrative costs of processing the replacement.
